Sniper 3D Assassin is the first-ever shooting game where the first-person takes on a sniper role. In the game, the player must target and shoot down objectives on its different level or missions. The game’s emphasis is on accurate aiming to accomplish the goals of the mission.
Sniper 3D Assassin gives a player the opportunity to finish several missions for the player to advance through the multiple stages including the Jandsburg, Porter Heights and Tonka Bay missions. As a player, you are also required to finish Spec OPS levels, but the average missions give you the chance to make more money. The money helps you to upgrade rifles or acquire an arsenal that is entirely modern. You can get pistols, assault rifles, sniper rifles as well as shotguns.
Sniper 3D Assassin has a comfortable and efficient control scheme. As a player, you can swipe left, down, right or up, depending on where you want to position your scope. To zoom in further, you just need to drag the zoom bar up and tap the bullet bar to shoot down the objective. The game has a moderate shift in the game’s mission where in one instance the player needs to shoot one target. In other levels, you’re required to shoot down several mobile targets. In some levels, the targets also have firepower, and when you miss them, they’ll fire back. Still, a lot of the levels have noncombatant environments; but it would be more relevant if Sniper 3D Assassin used more vehicles, helicopters and military soldier scenarios.
Sound and Graphics
Sniper 3D Assassin consists of the excellent graphics. The gameplay is comprised of stable 3D city scenes with plenty of details. The gunshot graphics effects are also magnificent especially when you make a clean shot. A decent projectile progresses slowly before killing the target. Besides the game’s menu pages, there isn’t much gaming music.
Nonetheless, there are some easy to fix and irritating issues in Sniper 3D Assassin. The reload button is the most annoying; having been placed close to the fire button. It implies that as a player, you might have an accidental reload, making very costly missed shots and spoiling your mission. Sniper 3D Assassin also dies the player the chance to modify aim. As a first-person player shooting, you won’t like your aim inverted, but this is the only alternative in Sniper 3D Assassin. Despite the gun upgrade coins, another annoying thing with Sniper 3D Assassin is the way missions are locked away until you upgrade your gun enough. The game also has a severe heat mode, but you can always clear many missions before crashing into the heat barrier. In Sniper 3D Assassin there isn’t a way you can re-adjust the sniper into multiple shooting locations, it would have attached an extra gameplay dimension.
The Bottom Line
Sniper 3D Assassin is a primary-person shooting game with lots of missions and smooth 3D graphics scheme. The game does have some few shortcomings, but it’s still worth the effort. You need to add Sniper 3D Assassin to iOS tablet or phone.
